Beatriz has been working in the field of family and succession since law school. She is an expert in wealth and succession planning, even when there are several jurisdictions involved due to the family’s place of residence or to the location of their assets. With great understanding of private international law and other fields of law, such as corporate and tax, Beatriz helps clients execute their wills, donations, marriages and civil union agreements, declarations of curatorship and advanced health directives, family and corporate governance, as well as create wealth structures, such as trusts.

Beatriz graduated in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo – PUC-SP and, afterwards, she sought to complement her practice as a family and succession lawyer. Therefore, she studied mediation at COGEAE, LL.M. in corporate law at Insper, and business at Babson College in Boston, USA.
